Three half moon diamonds on each side, weighing a total of 1.75 carats, create a sculptural frame around a 4.30-carat GIA certified oval sapphire from Madagascar. Each gemstone is encircled by a micro pavé halo of round diamonds, with a total of 148 diamonds (0.71 ctw) set throughout. Crafted in platinum, the design is layered, luminous, and boldly composed.
