1. Introduction

Welcome to the Tulsa’s Favorite Engagement Ring survey contest (“Contest”). By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to legal residents of the State of Oklahoma who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of J. David Jewelry, as well as members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

1. The Contest begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on August 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). We reserve the right to end this earlier than this date.
2. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible or considered.

4. How to Enter

1. To enter, participants must complete and submit the official giveaway survey or entry form provided by J. David Jewelry during the Entry Period.
2. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

1. One (1) winner will receive a $2,000 credit toward the purchase of an engagement ring at J. David Jewelry.
2. The prize credit must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date it is awarded. Any unused portion after that date will expire and be forfeited.
3. The prize credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item or service.
4. The prize credit may not be applied toward prior purchases, repairs, loose diamonds, special financing balances, or discounted/sale merchandise unless otherwise approved by J. David Jewelry management.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
2. The drawing will occur within seven (7) business days following the close of the Contest.
3. The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
4. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Use of Personal Information

1. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by J. David Jewelry for purposes of administering the Contest and fulfilling the prize.
2. Participants also agree to receive future promotional, marketing, and event communications from J. David Jewelry. Participants may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

8. Publicity Release

1. By accepting the prize, the winner grants J. David Jewelry permission to use their name, likeness, city of residence, photographs, video, and/or statements for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

1. J. David Jewelry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its control.
2. J. David Jewelry is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions or human error that may affect participation or administration of the Contest.
3. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless J. David Jewelry, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma.

11. Sponsor
